Sculptural Ceramics

About

I am a London-based ceramic artist drawn to stories, human connection, and the small moments and emotions that shape everyday life.

I work primarily with hand-built clay, using traditional techniques such as coiling, carving, and burnishing to create vessels, figurative sculptures, and organic forms. I enjoy the slow, tactile nature of the process, allowing each form to develop intuitively through time, touch, and the material itself. Many are left unglazed so the natural surface of the clay remains visible and can be experienced more directly.

Ceramics have long been used to hold stories, memories, and traces of human experience, and that history continues to inspire me. Drawing on historical storytelling traditions, I explore themes of identity, belonging, and what it means to be human today. I'm fascinated by the ways the past and present overlap, and I enjoy exploring those connections through clay.
